Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unless otherwise is stated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost to have any rejected items sent back to the forwarding address.
Color Variations: Due to screen display differences, some colors may appear different in real life than shown in our images. We provide video representations of each color to help guide your selection. As such, slight color variations are not covered under our return policy.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@signatureseatcovers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. Our team will work diligently to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that SIGNATURE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will gladly assist you in any way we can to expedite the resolution process.
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may experience delays in shipping or fulfillment. While we strive to minimize disruptions, please understand that such events may impact delivery times. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping you informed and addressing any concerns promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase, certain items are exempt from our standard return policy due to their personalized nature or customization process. Please review the following guidelines for items that cannot be returned:
- Custom Seat Covers: Due to the unique specifications and tailored nature of custom seat covers, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturer defect. Each custom seat cover is crafted to your specific vehicle model, ensuring a perfect fit and personalized style.
- Custom Car Mats: Similarly, custom car mats are manufactured to your vehicle's dimensions and design preferences, making them ineligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present. These customized mats are engineered to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of your vehicle's interior.
- Custom Steering Wheel Covers: Our custom steering wheel covers are meticulously crafted to your vehicle's steering wheel dimensions and adorned with custom embroidery or stitching. As such, they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect affecting their quality or performance.
- Customized Products: This category includes any product featuring custom embroidery, custom stitching, personalized logos, or design-your-own options. Each customized product undergoes a detailed customization process tailored to your preferences, making them ineligible for return except in cases of manufacturer defects.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable under our policy unless otherwise stated.
If you believe your custom item has a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for custom-made or personalized items unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item and arranging for the exchange. Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item promptly.
Extended Warranty & Buyback Program Policy
Extended Warranty
Signature Seat Covers offers an optional extended two-year warranty at the time of purchase. This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use, subject to inspection and approval. Cosmetic wear, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Buyback Program (After Two Years Only)
Signature Seat Covers also offers a conditional buyback program for eligible custom seat covers, subject to the following terms:

The buyback option becomes available only after two (2) full years of ownership from the original delivery date.

Prior to requesting a buyback, the customer must make a good-faith effort to resell the seat covers for a minimum of 90 business days on at least one public marketplace (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or similar classified platforms).

Proof of active listings (screenshots, links, timestamps) must be provided.

If the seat covers remain unsold after the 90-business-day resale period, Signature Seat Covers may, at its discretion, offer to buy back the product for up to 50% of the original purchase price, depending on:

All buyback requests are subject to review and approval.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Products showing excessive wear, damage, modifications, or missing components may be declined.

The buyback program is not a refund and does not apply within the first two years of ownership.

Participation in the program does not guarantee acceptance or a specific buyback amount.

Signature Seat Covers reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without retroactive effect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or optionally have store credits equal to the original cost of the product/products purchased credited to your account. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within twenty-one (21) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
