Warranty Policy
At Signature Seat Covers, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-made seat covers. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to submit a warranty claim.
Standard Warranty Coverage
All seat covers purchased from Signature Seat Covers include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and installed according to our guidelines.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials
- Defects in craftsmanship
- Issues arising under normal use and proper installation
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the affected area or component
- Replace the product or specific panels
- Provide an appropriate resolution based on availability
What Is Not Covered
Because our seat covers are custom-made, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or removal
- Abuse, neglect, or misuse
- Cuts, punctures, or damage from sharp objects
- Excessive stress or heavy-duty use (e.g. construction work vehicles, tools, job-site use)
- Accidents, spills, burns, or chemical exposure
- Modifications or alterations not approved by our support team
- Incorrect vehicle information provided at checkout
Cosmetic changes such as fading or minor texture changes that occur naturally over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
Optional Warranty Upgrades
For added peace of mind, extended warranty options may be available at checkout depending on your vehicle and selected material.

Installation & Usage Guidelines
Our seat covers are designed to install directly over your factory seats.
No reupholstering is required.
To maintain warranty eligibility:
- Seats must be clean and completely dry before installation
- Avoid installing over damp or moldy upholstery
- Use caution around seat wiring and sharp mechanisms
- Follow the provided installation guide carefully
Improper installation or misuse may void warranty coverage.

Limitations of Liability
Signature Seat Covers’ liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
